Reflecting Back on 2016!
Are you guys ready for the new year?! I don't know about you, but it feels like this past year flew by! As I reflect back on 2016, I think about how grateful I am for all the opportunities I was blessed with, the new friendships I made and for all of you, my readers!! For the past eight months, this blog has been such a blast and has really opened my mind up to things I never thought could be possible. Not only have I become much more confident in my every day life, but I've learned how to be open to new things. Whether it be with food, a new TV show, meeting new people or just simply spending time alone, enjoying it and not feeling guilty about it, I've thoroughly enjoyed each experience.
My blog has been a place for me to fully express myself in all areas of my life, to be true to myself for not only me, but for you and to remember that it's ok to be fabulous on a daily basis! As I look forward to this coming year, I think about what I want to get out of it. I can confidently say that I want to grow. I want to grow my blog, I want to grow spiritually, culturally, mindfully and I want to make myself a better me. I mean, who doesn't!? Each year we sometimes set New Year's resolutions, and for me you can say this will be my ALL YEAR RESOLUTION! I'm telling you and myself that I want to be a better me. I "simply" want to put forth the efforts to GROW.

Lastly, I just want to say thank you. Thank you all for being so kind, thoughtful, generous, encouraging and loving to me throughout this journey. You are the reason I'm here and the reason I LOVE doing this!
